Injury Claims Support (“ICS”) collects the personal information you provide through our enquiry form to receive and process your enquiry, understand the type of assistance you are seeking and, where appropriate, connect you with selected service providers or organisations that may be able to assist.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, ICS may share information relevant to your enquiry with selected third-party service providers or organisations. Those providers may contact you directly in relation to your enquiry.

If you do not provide certain information, we may not be able to properly understand, process or respond to your enquiry.
